About The Sisterhood Boutique:

The initial concept for The Sisterhood Boutique™ came about when Rochelle McAllister was preparing to apply to business school. The process of preparing essays allowed her to dream big and to realize her passion lies somewhere between the world of fashion and the universe of femininity.

Ms. McAllister seeks to build a company that combines her personal affections with her eclectic and entrepreneurial spirit. The Sisterhood Boutique's inaugural and signature product, Ivy Rose™, is a collectible fashion doll that celebrates the women of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Inc., and represents Rochelle's dream coming to fruition.

The Sisterhood Boutique™ is a haven for women entrepreneurs who understand the power of eclectic collaboration and have a natural appreciation for fashion and style. We actively seek to build business relationships with liked minded individuals.

The Sisterhood Boutique™ LLC is a Georgia Limited Liability Company.

Facts about Ivy Rose™:

Q: Who manufactured Ivy Rose™?

A: Ivy Rose™  was created exclusively for The Sisterhood Boutique™  by the Alexander Doll Company, a New York-based company, that continues to draw on the tradition, elegance and innovation of Madame Alexander® dolls to provide a full line of fine quality, handcrafted collectible dolls, baby dolls and play dolls. The company has created a series of "firsts" that have shaped the doll industry and has always been a pioneer of style and quality in this community. Ivy Rose™ is yet another "first" for the Alexander Doll Company, as their first sorority inspired collector's doll.  The Alexander Doll Company is the only remaining major manufacturer of handcrafted dolls in America.

Q:  Are any dolls from the Ivy Rose™ Collection available?

A: No.  Both the 2007 500-piece limited edition doll (licensed by AKA Sorority, Inc.) and the 2008
300-piece limited edition
doll have been sold out.

Q:  What is the difference between the 2007 Ivy Rose™ doll and the 2008 Ivy Rose™ doll?

A.  The 2007 Ivy Rose™  doll was licensed by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.  The expiration of that license means that we have had to make changes to the packaging of the product as it was previously offered.  The Ivy Rose™ doll is a trademark item of The Sisterhood Boutique.

Q: When viewing Ivy Rose™, I noticed she had several different poses in her photos.  Is that possible or just for show?

A: The benefit of partnering with the Alexander Doll Company is having a product that is up-to-date in terms of Doll making standards.  Ivy Rose™ has several points of articulation which allows you to display her on the doll stand in a true-to-life manner.

Q:  How tall is Ivy Rose™?

A:  Ivy Rose™ is 16" tall.

Q:  Is this doll safe for child use?

A:  Ivy Rose™ is a collectible item for use by adults.

Q:  What is the return policy for Ivy Rose™?

A:  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it unopened and in its original condition for a full refund, less shipping and handling, and similar fees (including related sales taxes) within 30 days of purchase.
