Ivy Rose™ Doll Case Return Policy: We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from The Sisterhood Boutique™

Ø       If you are not satisfied with the case that you have purchased, you may return the item within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus 25% restocking fee, minus the shipping, handling, charges

Ø       The case must be returned and received by us in new condition, Item must be insured, and shipped UPS ground to insure full credit.

Ø       The Ivy Rose™ Doll case is custom made and custom packaged for shipping.

You can expect a refund for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned doll case. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. You must call The Sisterhood Boutique™ at 404-963-7338 to initiate return process.
